Inquiry form data
When you send a business or franchise inquiry, we process your name, company or venue, email, optional phone number, type of interest, message and city / country for franchise inquiries. We use this information to respond and prepare a possible partnership. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence.
Necessary storage and language
Browser local storage remembers your selected language (gol-lang) and cookie choice (gol-cookie-consent-v2). These records are not used for advertising. They are necessary to remember your preferences and consent.
Analytics and Metricool
We use Metricool to measure visits and website use only with your consent to analytics cookies. We do not load Metricool code before consent. After acceptance, your browser contacts Metricool, which may process technical visit data such as your IP address, browser, device and visited page, and use its own cookies. The legal basis is consent. Analytics is not required to use the website.
Google Analytics 4
With the same consent we also use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure visits, page changes and clicks on contact, blog and business enquiry links. The Google script is not loaded before consent. IP truncation is enabled, and Google signals and ad personalisation are disabled. We never send names, email addresses, phone numbers or enquiry text to Google Analytics; only the type of a successfully submitted enquiry is recorded. Google sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, which last up to 2 years. You can withdraw consent in Cookie settings; analytics then stops and these cookies are deleted.
Changing or withdrawing consent
You can change your choice using the ‘Cookie settings’ button in the footer or on this page. Choose ‘Necessary only’ or disable analytics and save your choice. When consent is withdrawn, the page reloads to stop active tracking. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out previously.
Recipients and transfers
Inquiry data is stored using Lovable Cloud and is accessible to people authorised to respond. We use Metricool and Google Analytics 4 for analytics. We do not sell your data. Service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area with applicable safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses where required.
Data retention
We retain inquiries for as long as needed to respond, communicate and prepare a possible partnership, and for periods required by applicable law. Language and consent preferences remain in your browser until you change them or clear site data. Metricool manages analytics data and cookies under its privacy rules.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time. Contact info@glutenofflab.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.
